We offer Acupuncture to address health conditions and promote overall well-being.  This practice has been used for thousands of years to promote healing and balance within the body.

Acupuncture is widely recognized for its effectiveness in managing pain and alleviating various types of pain, including:

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Menstrual cramps

About Kayhla

Kayhla Walters is a degree-qualified acupuncturist who provides gentle, holistic care grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine, helping people reconnect with their bodies.

As a mum of a two-year-old, Kayhla understands firsthand how important support during the hormonal shifts of pregnancy and postpartum can be. After her own journey with hormone imbalances and receiving acupuncture throughout pregnancy, she developed a strong passion for supporting women during this often under-supported stage of life.

Kayhla also works with musculoskeletal complaints, pain management, mental health, digestive concerns, stress management, sleep disturbances, and general health maintenance. She believes acupuncture can play a key role in preventive care by helping people stay well and better adapt to life’s changes.

Her treatments aim to address both the root cause of imbalance and changing day-to-day symptoms. She incorporates a range of adjunctive techniques alongside acupuncture, including moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and tui na (Chinese remedial massage).
In addition, Kayhla offers cosmetic acupuncture, a natural approach to supporting skin health, facial muscle tone, and circulation while promoting relaxation and whole-body wellbeing.

She is passionate about creating a calm, welcoming treatment space where people feel comfortable, listened to, and supported in their health.
